A Hard Day's Work

Many of you have been asking how my new job is going. Well, I finally enjoy work again and all feelings of inadequacies disappeared this afternoon. At a very important meeting for the engineering department, a project of the utmost priority was assigned. The 200 engineers present were asked to stand. I stood. We were asked to pick a partner. I choose. We were then given three options and had to choose: rock, paper, or scissors. Paper. Rock. Success. The losers were asked to sit down. A new partner was to be challenged. The choices were presented again. Paper. Rock. Success. Match after match: paper, rock, until finally a glance around the room proved me the champion. Sweet victory! I was awarded a slinky and a $25 gift card to Amazon.com. In conclusion, I find it easier to get to work each morning now that my office is only a short bike ride away and I am smarter and more talented than all of my coworkers.

Ummm, I did not post this blog. I just now saw it. Don't know who's impersonating me, and if I ever find out, I'll sue them! (or spank them, if it's one of my kids.
